JoBeth Williams has had a very successful acting career. After Poltergeist, she went on to appear in several movies, including Stop! Or My Mom Will Shoot (1992), Wyatt Earp (1994), Jungle 2 Jungle (1997), and Fever Pitch (2005). She has also appeared several tv movies, including Baby M (1988), Voices from Within (1994), and The Ponder Heart (2001). She has also made guest appearances on tv shows, including "The Guardian" (2001), "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit" (2002), "Strong Medicine" (2004), and "24" (2006).
